Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Fruit Basket ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What Fruit Basket does

Fruit Basket is a web application and Chrome extension that helps you extract, analyse, and organise content from LinkedIn profiles that you are already authorised to view using your own LinkedIn account. The Service uses AI to process that content and produce knowledge documents, voice profiles, and content strategies for your personal use.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may only extract content from LinkedIn profiles you are authorised to view under your own LinkedIn account and in accordance with LinkedIn's User Agreement.
• You may not use the Service to extract content at scale, build competing products, resell extracted data, or violate any applicable laws.
• You accept full responsibility for your compliance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. Fruit Basket is not affiliated with LinkedIn and makes no warranties regarding LinkedIn's acceptance of this activity.

3. Credits and payments

• The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you run AI analysis or compile documents.
• New accounts receive a free credit allocation upon signup.
• Additional credits are purchased via Lemon Squeezy. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Credit prices and costs may change. We will give reasonable notice of any changes.
• Unused credits do not expire, but credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. Intellectual property

The outputs generated by the Service (context documents, voice profiles, content strategies) are yours to use. Fruit Basket does not claim ownership over content you extract or outputs generated from it.

The Service itself — including its software, design, and AI prompts — remains the intellectual property of Fruit Basket.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Harass, stalk, or collect data on individuals without a legitimate purpose
• Build datasets for sale or redistribution
• Circumvent any technical or legal restrictions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service itself

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service changes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not rely on them as professional advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any output.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fruit Basket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or account suspension by LinkedIn.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
